Our family room at Jaya Tomodachi was much larger than expected - it was more like an apartment. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was huge and excellent with all sorts of tasty Sri Lankan things to try! Breakfast was served in the host's beautiful home, with picture windows overlooking the view below. The location is in a quiet neighborhood up on a hill away from the traffic of the rest of Colombo. The host was very helpful getting us local tuktuks and transportation to our next destination.

The apartment had everything we needed, and being in the heart of Kandy made it so convenient. It was great having access to the kitchen, so we could cook our own meals. The place was clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect peaceful getaway.

It was a pleasure: large apartments, quiet, calm. Very nice host couple: they were welcoming and very helpful with all questions. Special thanks for delicious snacks and equipment of the apartments. Today - this is one of the best places on the island where we stayed. The week flew by very quickly and was a pleasure. I wish the nice guys business grow up and good guests)

What stood out most was the friendly host, who made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
