We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved the apartment! The beautiful beachfront view, spacious and bright interiors, and spotless, fully equipped facilities made it perfect for a family getaway. Staying at Rory's penthouse apartment was kind of dream coming true. The views from the balcony and rooftop jacuzzi were unreal. The interior was elegant, with very high attention to detail. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. The kitchen was shopisticated with all possible utensils, porcelains, and cutlery. We loved every bit of four day stay here.

Had all the amenities including kitchen items and refrigerator. AC worked great. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Overall a very good stay. We will come again soon.

Very spacious and comfortable all around. The pool was the perfect temperature and the staff on the property itself were very nice. A lot of security around. There is a restaurant on the premises that was convenient and good. There isn't much around the resort that was open while we were there, but we visited in the off-season. The security guard called us a tuk-tuk whenever we needed one, and they arrived within a few minutes. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our every need. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything perfect; from the arangements with owner Rory to the welcoming by manager mr Siyath and the amazing apartment itself. Large rooms, fully equiped kitchen (including cold water dispenser), comfortable furniture, large balcony, best shower in Sri lanka. Absolutely fantastic. The pool was good and clean and of course you have the ocean 50 m from your door. Room service also very good and other restaurants nearby. Heaven on earth!

It was a very nice, new and clean apartment with all facilities as described. Just in front of the beach, with a big pool and a gym.

Everything that you would have in your house was present, e.g. Iron, Washing Machine, TV, Oven and Microwave, Gas Hob.
