The kitchen had all the necessary features, we could also use their coffee. The host was very welcoming and helpful with the check-in. The parking is right in front of the house and you can get into the city center by foot. Although the location is pretty central, it was very quiet.

The apartment was in excellent condition - everything looked brand new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, with all the dishes and appliances you could want. The owners were super friendly and always happy to help with any questions we had. The view from the window is absolutely gorgeous, especially the sunsets - we could watch them every evening! The location is perfect since you're right on the beach. Just a heads up for families with small kids - if you walk to the other end of the beach, there's a gentler entry into the water. Right in front of the apartment, the entry is quite steep, so keep that in mind. The breakfast was lovely too - nice buffet style with good variety. The owners were incredibly accommodating - they let us do a late check-out since we had an evening flight and were traveling with a small child, which we really appreciated. Our little one accidentally broke a glass and coaster, and the owners were completely understanding about it.

The amenities were plentiful and the rooms were cleaned daily. I genuinely recommend AriaSana.

Sara, the host, answered very quickly and accurately. The main highlight is Tamara, who works at “Virparis”, the bakery next door and is in charge of guests and tours to Lake Skadar. Tamara is helpful with any questions, and she has contact information for guests if they need a taxi. Highly recommended.
