Upon arrival, he met us in the parking lot and personally walked us to the apartment. The accommodation has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and was exceptionally clean—located right in the heart of Kotor. Jovan went above and beyond to provide us with helpful tips about the town. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible—not just in the accommodation, but in Kotor as a whole. At departure, he even came by to help us with our luggage. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

The Host Luka was very friendly and nice. He welcomed us and let us early check-in, always asked if everything’s ok or if we needed anything, gave local recommendations and was always helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is also ideal, just 5-10 minutes walk from old town. From the balcony, you can get good views. We would definitely come back again.

The units include a desk. The garden at the rear had orange and lemon trees, so we had fresh fruit during our stay. The property is modern and in a great location for visiting Kotor Old Town. Having free parking at the property was a welcome bonus.

She was friendly and accommodating. She gave my partner a shot of home made Rakjia. The accomodation was very clean and had everything we needed and was only a few minutes walk into the centre of Tivat. On the morning we checked out, the host gave us home made cinnamon buns and as it was raining, offered to take us to the bus station which was very kind. Definitely would return. The owner was accommodating for early check in.
