The location was perfect. Kotor Old Town is not that wide area, it is usually crowded and Avenza is well located at the edge of the mountain. I was not expecting such a modern, clean room in this historical town. It is apparent that they had a great renovation recently. I want to mention our host, Jovan was incredibly kind and helpful. I would love to suggest this place to everyone.

The view was absolutely panoramic, and the city was easily reachable by car. The host was incredibly welcoming — we stayed during Easter, and she was so generous, even giving us Easter eggs! The owner came with his scooter to meet us and to show us the correct way. The owner showed us the apartment with all facilities and his grandmother even brought us a cake she baked the same morning. The location of the apartment is just few steps from the old town.

The flat was new and modern with everything that we needed for our comfort, owners were extremely nice and caring to us, the apartemant was clean and had good facilities, also a real advantage was the free parking space which was perfect for people travelling by car, I would definitelly recomend this apartment

Well equipped. Parking on property. Location was just by the bay so you could go swimming in less than 30 seconds. Hosts were helpful. Bit of stairs to walk up if you have knee issues or you’re old. But we were fine with it
