Very small because they are fairly new but overall we absolutely loved the peacefulness

Staff very accommodating to us and our group. beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Had an excellent stay. Comfortable bed, nice room. Lovely touches such as providing coffee, salt, pepper and oil. An easy walk west to the coast and to a couple of the un-privatised beaches/sea access. Little store across the road and Oxxo and Chedraui not too far off. I would be remiss to not mention there was a fair bit of noise that could be heard, however this is not the hosts fault, and, in all honesty, this has been the case in every property in Mexico for the last three months (coming from a quieter part of the world 😅)

Plenty of places to eat just a short walk away. Very quiet neighbourhood at night.

I stayed in three different lodgings in Cozumel and this was my favorite. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again if I go back!
