Very clean, hotel is practically new, found that they started 2 years ago, terrace is incredible, great panoramic view of Cusco, breakfast was greate, check out early and got box lunch, they gave a key chain and souvenir, was a nice gift. I really enjoy walking so going from and to plaza de armas was no problem, walking to the hotel was a little steep but no problem, if you have an elderly person or handicap may need a car, thus all was excellent I give it 10 rating. There was a shared living room with hot water to drink coffee at nights, that was great. Room even had small device for heating a little which was greate.

Easy to communicate with them. They offered tours in and around Cusco at very reasonable prices (although we did not book them ourselves) The common area has big tables and a functional kitchen, everything is clean. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout all our stay The room was big and comfortable. It gets very cold at night but that goes for most of Cusco In general, considering the price, it has been a great stay

Staff were super nice, we stayed one night and left our luggage here for Machu Picchu, when we were back, luggages are already sent our room. Garden is beautifully maintained. Rooms are spacious, cozy, spotless with lots of local decorations. Heaters are provided and the you can find everything you need for the kitchen. Fruits and ingredients for breakfast are provided daily, grocery is 5 mins away. Some reviews mentioned the narrow alley, but it is absolutely normal here in Cusco and don’t worry the uber driver or your tour van still pick you up of drop you off just at the door. Not to mention the location! It is 5-10mins to everything you wanna experience in Cusco(don’t need to climb), but it is very quiet!! You barely hear anything from the street! All in all , a great boutique hotel with tons of cool things and great service in deed! Highly recommended!
