The rooms were exceptionally big and comfortable. The check in was simple and the rooms were ready when we arrived. We spent one night and then traveled to the amazon and returned for a seond night. The hotel kept our extra luggage during our trip to the amazon at no extra charge. The staff were helpful and willing to assist. The breakfast was well prepared and well managed. The stay was wonderful. Location was superb.

Described by Lonely Planet as “THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN IQUITOS", some have balconies with stunning river views, others are in our tranquil garden area. The staff and property where fabulous. They arranged a taxi from the airport to the property and the driver escorted me to the door as it was early in the morning. When I arrived at the property at 5:30am they kindly let me into my room as check in was not until 1:00pm. The room was very clean as was the rest of the property. The common area had places to sit with a beautiful view of the river. The staff arranged for a tour guide to walk me through the market to explore. The property is very quiet and comfortable. It very convenient for walking to restaurants, the market,the square and anything of interest in the area. Thank you,

The room was very clean, and it was a nice surprise to find a fridge, kettle, closed toaster and plates and cutlery. The host was super helpful and responded very quickly. He gave me a number for a moto taxi to the airport, who gave me a good price.

Very confortable room , private bathroom, big TV screen Netflix included, design look shower , 2 fans the traditional one plus the one attached to the ceiling . Really fresh and cool. Small fridge, very convenient electric kettle and a toaster. If you stay longer you can witness the great service from the cleaning ladies, they help you out anytime or at your request. Laundry is not included but really affordable. It’s in the very Center of the city , I came here from the Netherlands and I fell totally satisfied with the conforts I get here in Casa Ameli . I am planning to stay longer.
