The lodge is absolutely beautiful - 10/10. We stayed at the Hilton and Sofitel while on the island but this lodge scored the highest for us on great value and friendly stay. Things we liked - • comfy bed • great, large balcony with nice chairs • well equipped, clean kitchen and bathroom • extremely clean • FREE pick up and drop off from port - which is very expensive in French Polynesia • most friendly, kind and helpful owners • idyllic garden • lovely owners with help you organise tours, trips and things to do on the island • great location on the island - minutes walk from great restaurants, fantastic bakery, bank, supermarket, pharmacy and beach cafes • could easily stay here days / weeks!

The team were very responsive to our requests and questions. The onsite staff were super friendly. Staying in 3 of the fares was perfect for our family of 10. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Thank you for having us! We will be back!

We had an amazing 5-night stay at this property in Moorea! Its proximity to the beach is unbeatable—just steps away from the sand and sea, making it incredibly convenient for beach days. The property is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. The air conditioning was a big plus, especially during the warmer days, keeping the space cool and pleasant. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying all that Moorea has to offer. Highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a great beachside stay!

The house is new, well-planned and practical. The kitchen facilities are relatively complete and the air-conditioning is sufficient. It is a good choice for a seaside vacation. The landlord is very enthusiastic and helpful.

It was a cute little hideaway with breath taking views of both the ocean and the mountains! With so many experiences ahead of each day, I couldn’t take myself away from the morning coffee, cool breezes and serenity of the porch! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy vacation!

The bungalow has an easy-to-access parking, a terrace and a pool with spectacular views of Temae Beach and Tahiti. It was very well equipped, especially the bed, which was super comfortable and large, and the bathroom was very spacious. Temperature was great, and everything was very clean. Tevaite & Cedric were incredible hosts very welcoming and extremely pleasant and attentive to us. They recommended places and restaurants on the island, showed us aspects of the local culture, and even lent us snorkeling equipment! Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 days, but we would have stayed 10! We definitely recommend this place. If you come to Moorea, don’t hesitate to stay at this Happy Bungalow! Moorea Sunset Beach is situated on Moorea, Papeete is 37 km from the property. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony offering sea views. We had a great stay because the bungalow was clean and comfortable. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away, where you can rent paddle boards and kayaks. You can paddle to the sharks and stingrays site. Supermarket is one minute drive up the road. We enjoyed the poke and fresh baguette every day. You can also enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the pier.
