Location, price,& it has a lot of rooms for the whole family. We rented the whole 3rd floor and it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sala, dining, kitchen it’s just like home away from home. It’s very convenient because it’s walking distance from D mall,& beach, there’s a sari sari store and laundromat just a few steps from the apartelle. It’s beautiful and comfortable too. Staff and owner are very nice, friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spotless, and the room service was excellent throughout our stay. The free shuttle service to the beach and the shopping mall was so convenient and made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. We’ll definitely be coming back, highly recommended!

Felix is a very accommodating host. So responsive whenever we have questions or concerns. The internet is very fast which is very important to us since we're working on our computers. The tranquility of the place is incomparable. We had a great stay and will be back again whenever we get the chance. Highly recommend ! 🫶🏼

What I like about the property is located on a hill with mountain views. The infinity pool is also awesome.

Modern Tropical Luxe Apartment - Boracay Newcoast ligger i Boracay, mindre end 1 km fra Lapuz Lapuz Beach og 3,9 km fra Willy's Rock. We stayed for Christmas and the place was SO cute! Well decorated and very homely. Nice and clean, all the bits needed for cooking, even has a playstation and netflix, etc. set up with the tv. It also had a really good view from the lounge, bedroom & balcony which wasn’t done justice in the pics! It is a wee while from town, but the hop on, hop off bus goes from outside & was reasonably priced for a few day pass. Highly recommend.
