The kitchen was fully equipped, and we received a complimentary bottle of wine that was very nice. We enjoyed having the car parked right on the door step. There was a washing machine in the kitchen that was very helpful and drier outside that saved us. Highly recommended!!!

Lots of fresh towels and a well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bed and access to a balcony area with outdoor furniture. The Aircon was very cold which was great for us and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Secure parking spot provided. We asked for self check-in as we were arriving late and Diana was very helpful with all the info we needed sent to us on WhatsApp. She was very quick to reply to any questions we had and was helpful throughout our stay. Bus stop outside which will bring you into Funchal centre. We walked down to the promenade and beach from our accommodation using a steep walking path behind the bus stop. We would be happy to stay here again.

The apartment was ideally located, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Luís was a welcoming and attentive host, who offered great tips on local sights and dining spots, and even helped us arrange a rental car.

I’m delighted to find this apartment, at a reasonable price. It’s very spacious and well equipped - the photos are totally accurate - immaculately clean and everything feels new. Located in Caniçal, the farthest eastern town - a charming town it is - less touristy - more down to earth, and genuinely friendly. The host is a wonderful example of Madeiran hospitality, and he was there exactly on time to help check in. After that, I knew he was available if I needed anything, but we had no contact other than a few text messages. There’s an abundance of good local restaurants nearby (one directly below the apartment) many specialising in a wide range of fish coming daily from the harbour (it doesn’t much more convenient and fresher than that) Comfortable bed, good quality sheets and towels. Free parking in the large car park next door makes it super easy if you are driving… and a bus stop across the road if you aren’t. Exploring the eastern end of the island, you will find one of the very few sandy beaches at Prainha. It’s an easy walk down from the cliffs, and loved swimming there! Overall, for me, next time I come to Madeira, I’ll stay here again!

Property was clean and we had a really beautiful view. The owners were very nice and helpful. The spot is in a perfect area in Funchal, didn’t even need a car because a lot of things were only a short walk away.

Super cozy, well equipped, clean apartment. Shower with good strength and lots of hot water that is very important after big cold hikes in the mountains. Location is great, right next to bus stop and 5-10 minute walk to the pier, to the center, to all the amazing restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the window nook. It's next to a tiny street that has some street parking available most of the time. We didn't have a problem.
