We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Caterina’s apartment in San Clemente! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to both the beach and the charming town center. The apartment is finished to a high standard, with a super comfy bed and sofa that made relaxing after a day out so easy. The kitchen is highly equipped with everything you could possibly need, and we loved making use of the BBQ for relaxed evenings in. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and Caterina was a warm, friendly, and attentive host who made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to return — highly recommended!

I think the best thing about the place is the location — right at the beginning of Balboa Peninsula, an amazing, peaceful, and friendly area full of things to explore. The accommodation was clean and comfortably fit all four members of my family. The living room TV had all the channels and movie options we needed, and overall, I’m really satisfied with everything!

The location is perfect for the Beach, just a block or so away, and there is a great supermarket nearby. Steve is a generous host, leaving plenty of beach and bath towels, and a whole range of chairs, boards, balls for the beach, as well as bikes. There's spare sun lotions, toiletries, cleaning products...everything you could possibly need just a small amount of but didn't bring! The rooms are filled with beach-themed ornaments and usefulnesses, with plenty of places to sit and relax. The kitchen is well appointed, and we appreciated the coffee pods for the machine and condiments since we were only thee for 3 nights (far to short!). The terraces are lovely to relax on - the Pacific sunset on the rooftop is amazing. If you're thinking of booking the apartment, stop hesitating and snap it up, it's amazing!
