We found it was easy to get around and the elevators weren't always so busy. The furniture could have been a little more comfortable but it was ok. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in! I don't really know why there is a charge for our dog. She only weighs 6 lbs. and is a very clean obedient little dog. I thought $25 a night was a little steep! I suppose you get a lot in there that isn't as good. Overall, a good trip@
