We highly recommend Madison Urban Stay. From the very first contact, communication with the team was excellent, and even though we arrived at 3 a.m., we were warmly welcomed with genuine kindness and energy. The hotel offers unlimited bottled water, plus tea and coffee available at all times, which is super convenient. The room was spotless and well organized, and cleaning is done every two days, always leaving everything perfect. The washing and drying machines are excellent, and the kitchen has all the essential items, all new and of great quality. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the curtain is amazing: it completely blocks the light and makes the room cozy and dark. The internet connection is also very good. It only became unstable once during a storm, but the team quickly fixed it. But the real highlight was the massage chair, the reason we chose this room. It was absolutely worth it and made the stay even more incredible. The location is good. The hotel is outside the Old Quarter, so most tours don’t offer pickup directly from there, but you can easily order a Didi, and in about 15 minutes you’ll reach the meeting point. There’s also a market just 100 meters away, as well as several cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. The reception staff are another highlight: always kind, helpful, and very polite. We’ve been nomads for 7 years, and finding accommodations like Madison Urban Stay is rare. They truly made us feel at home, with comfort, care, and attention to every detail during the two weeks we spent there.

Fuji Apartment Hoàn Kiếm nằm ở trung tâm Hà Nội, gần Nhà hát múa rối Thăng Long, Ô Quan Chưởng và Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Ann at the front desk was very helpful. She helped us book outings, she sent out our laundry and was just a great help day or night. The rooms were recently remodeled. It felt clean. There was a stocked kitchen, a separate bedroom and good television. I would stay here again.

The only one with actual hot water in the shower actually. Good location by a one of the major lakes.

The stay was very comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly to talk too. The complementary coffees and teas were so great. Specially loved their Egg Coffee which was the best egg coffee I had in vietnam easily and their orange ginger cinnamon tea. Definitely staying here again on our next Hanoi visit.

A perfect stay in the heart of Hanoi – thanks to an amazing host We stayed here for 10 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, and the room had everything we needed: clean bed, clean sheets, clean bathroom – simple and comfortable. Just a small heads-up: there’s no soap provided, so you might want to bring your own. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the host. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She assisted us countless times – especially when we needed to make online purchases that required a local bank account or a QR code. Since we didn’t have one, she offered to buy things for us and let us reimburse her afterward. Without her, we would’ve been stuck. She also offers a professional-level laundry service: the clothes came back perfectly clean and neatly folded – truly high quality. She replies to messages quickly, always checks in to see if we need anything, and even offered us water bottles. When we asked for a mini fridge, she went out of her way to find one for us, and even offered to buy a new one if the current one didn’t work properly. All in all, a wonderful experience thanks to a wonderful person. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything! This was a gem, our favourite stay in all three weeks in Vietnam. The room is super new, modern, with great amenities (ac, heating, shower). The host and her family are all very nice, accommodating and helpful :)
