The breakfast spread featured fresh fruits, local dishes, and delicious coffee, and we especially loved the dinner options with homemade-style cooking and local ingredients.What made the stay truly special was the attention to detail from the team. They helped us rent motorbikes, organize a kayaking trip through Lan Ha Bay, and even recommended hidden beaches away from the crowds. The staff genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience on Cat Ba.The garden area and common lounge were ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Sitting outside at night, surrounded by nature and the soft island breeze, was pure serenity.Overall rating: 10/10.

Superb location, lot’s to see and do right as you walk out. Many cafes, street vendors, and beautiful streets to walk down. The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.

At the apartment complex, all units are equipped with a private bathroom. What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

The owner contacted me prior to my arrival and stayed up to wait for me until past 1am due to my flight delay. I wish I could have stayed longer!
