Great large studio room on the 22nd floor with a great view of the Marina. Starting from check in everything was super. The manager was always very polite and always available for advice. The location is super in walking distance to the Marina Mall. 10-15 minutes to the subway.

Amazing service by the staff, a special thank you to Cham at reception who was kind enough to get me early checkin. The location makes this an ideal hotel as it right next to Nakheel Mall. I will surely come again to Cheval Maison.

We loved the place! It felt immediately homey & comfortable. We were with 3 girls and we had each our own bed and 2 bathroom’s (and 3 toilets!!). The apartment was clean and it had all necessities. The apartment was nearby Dubai Marina and we walked within 10 minutes to the beach. It is very central. The biggest plus is that I had directly contact with the owner on Whatsapp. I asked for tips and help and he would react almost immediately. So friendly! My friends even liked the bodylotion and he gave us a bottle!! We had a pleasant vacation and the apartment was a great place to stay. Thank you! We will come back next time :)

The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. For a self catering experience, this property meets all your needs. The location is very convenient with easy access to the marina, beach, sightseeing buses, tram and metro. This property was just renovated. Everything was super clean and had high standards. The property is very suitable for a large group. Every room has a smart TV the apartment has High speed internet and has a very well eqquppied kitchen. It is in best location of JBR and specially for a large group very convenient and low cost. Everything is near. Many super markets, beach, Marina, Tram station, many pools in the community. The owner, Schahin, is very responsive and helpful and just a message away. We had an amazing stay and for our next visit, this property will be our choice and will recommend it also to our friends and family. Thanks again for the great hospitality
