It is a large apartment with a balcony and a comfy double bed in the double room with an on suite bathroom. Another room with two singe beds and a separate bathroom. Equipped kitchen, iron gear. It was spacious and clean. Had all the facilities we needed. Great location for walking into Santa Maria. It's off the main drag as well so the shops and restaurants are a fair bit cheaper.
