I would generally say that the villas are nicer than what it looks at the photos! The villas are very spacious, modern, with private underground parking that leads to the villa. The villa had an elevator for all floors (parking level, living room, bedrromd and roof terrace). There is a restaurant and they deliver food and drinks to the villa with a 2€ service fee. All lights, blinds and room temperature are managed from control panels. There is a small beach at 4 min walk. The staff was polite.

Nicolas and his wife were so accommodating and welcoming. They are very friendly and I felt like I was staying with close friends than just renting a room. Nicolas was always available for anything we needed with our room or just info about Cyprus. The place was very clean and although there is no smoking allowed the room we were going to stay in smelled a little like smoke so Nicolas gave us a free upgrade. I even brought the wrong charging adapter and he just let me use one of his then let me keep it! If you have a family or really want some peace and quiet this is the place to stay.

We had a lovely 2 week break at Palm Villa. We cannot fault the villa at all. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely pool, quiet, and within a 7 min walk to the bars and restaurants. Buses go regularly to other areas if you want to visit and run until late so no need for a car. Taz and his sister were great hosts and communication was great before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you for a great holiday 😊

The check-in process was easy and the host was very nice. Generally, the apartment is very clean and has a very great view (especially during sunset). Just a short walk to the “core” of Protaras with many restaurants and bars. Definitely a comfortable stay overall.

The owner Alena is very kind, generous and helpful. She accommodated all my needs and offered her assistance to find a shuttle to go back to the airport. Home cooked food was very good and satisfying. The house is beautiful, full of mosaics that Alena makes herself with a lot of hard work, patience and dedication. Its location is great, as you can walk to beautiful Konnos beach nearby, and there is also a bus stop very close to go to Agia Napa or Paralimni.

We loved the location and view from apartment. Room was clean and well accomodated with kitchen. Great design, we loved to live and stay there. Good access to beach and close to main road to travel to different places.
