The property is well located in Arrecife. 2 mins walk to the Arrecife beach and 12 mins drive from the airport and 20 minutes drive away from the main tourist hotspot Puerto Del Carmen and playa Chica. The host was very helpful to help me find places to discover. He also did yoga sessions every morning to start the day.

Appartamento moderno,pulitissimo,attrezzato dei giusti comfort e strumenti, si trova nella periferia di arrecife a pochissimi minuti dall'uscita della tangenziale in direzione dell'aeroporto, nelle vicinanze si trova tutto il necessario dal supermercato al tabacchi,host gentilissimo e disponibile.

Great spacious room, comfortable bed. Delicious VEGAN breakfast possible :) Laura, the owner of the b&b is super friendly and always there is you need something. The communication before and while my stay was always fast and easy. The location is very central but very calm. The rooms and the place in general are decorated with a lot of attention to detail and equipped with most things you need. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying here :)

Very clean, spacious and modern. Two bathrooms. Situated down a quiet side street 5 minutes walk to beach and about 20 minutes walk to main bus station and 1 minute walk to Spar supermarket. Washing machine with integral dryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Iron. hair dryer provided. Code access to building and room, no keys.

L'appartamento grande con due camere da letto, un soggiorno e la cucina. Noi eravamo in due e abbiamo cosi avuto una camera ciascuno. Inoltre avevamo a disposizione sdraie per la spiaggia, asciugamani da mare oltre alla solita biancheria e una borsa frigo. Tutto comodissimo. Consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento molto accogliente, pulito arredato con gusto e con tutto il necessario. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Il giorno della mia partenza dopo il chek out ho potuto lasciare i bagagli nel appartamento e quindi approffitare di poter vedere ancora Arrecife. Il transfer per l'aereoporto me l' hanno organizzato loro con un prezzo super. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere la stazione degli autobus( 5 min. circa a piedi). Il centro e la spiaggia sono a circa 15 min. a piedi ma a chi piace camminare come me non è affatto un problema. Parcheggio per l'auto sempre a disposizione davanti l'appartamento. Supermercato eurospar e centro commerciale vicini. Zona abbastanza tranquilla.

This is our second visit to la Concha Boutique so we knew what to expect/hope for.... Once again it was fabulous. Everything is spotlessly clean, we love the spacious contemporary decor. The staff are super friendly, polite and so hard working. Our terrace was a lovely sun trap with a hot tub for the evenings. The beach is literally across the path, the sea is fabulous for cooling off in. The location is perfect for our running and cycling activities. There are a number of new bars and restaurants in the area too. Arrecife is a short bus ride or taxi away. We tend to walk there and catch a ride back. I can't praise the staff highly enough. When I lost my earbuds they found them where I had carelessly lost them and posted them back to the UK to me. Super nice people in a fabulous holiday residence.
