Location. It was very close to our points of interests. With sea balcony view. The beach is right acrsoss the street. I would visit again. It is above local bar which can be the issue for somebody but it was OK for us, especially out of the season. But good to mention if somebody looks for total quiet place. But as I said not the problem with facility itself. We were very satisied.
