First of all a very friendly owner/manager - which is not the standard around Balaton where most owners are rude and provide low level service - but not here. The apartment was spacious and was fully equipped incl. the kitchen. The distance to the beach is OK considering you make it twice a day in most cases. There is a nice park and playground nearby. The local supermarket is also in walking distance. I can highly recommend this place for both short and longer stay.

Situated in Alsóörs in the Veszprem region, Modern Apartman Deluxe has a patio. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the country house free of charge.

How could I describe the delightful atmosphere that this apartment has? Every corner of it fills me with divine energies. Energies that are taurian and earthly, still and stable—harmonically complete. The arrangement of the rooms are blessed by a Venutian sense of beauty.  It offers safety and security—everything that a woman could possibly wish for in an apartment. Anna, the landlady, is of a hospitable nature and communicates in a philoxenious manner by heart. A person who truly provides all guests with the feeling of home. The only aspect the place may lack is the opportunity to cook for oneself; however, having the - Michelin Guide recommend Bistro Zelna with best chef and friend I know, Jean-Paul - next door generously compensates for those needs. As of its surroundings... Sourrounded by keenly alive and spirited neighbourhood, bustling and full of life, an excellent choice for those who want to experience the bubbly nightlife of Balatonfüred.  Still, by the time the sun arises, you can feel as you adapt to the rhythm of one calm heartbeat, a union of the healing spirit of nature and the honorability of the State Heart Hospital. We were utterly pleased that the unit comes with 2 bedrooms , with one toilet/bath and another toilet and a large living room with a functional kitchen. The conditions of the unit was in perfect condition , very well kept , clean and equipped with all the necessities required for a comfortable stay. It is located within a gated community so access is very private. There is also a parking lot that comes with the apartment. Lake Belaton is apparently the largest freshwater lake in Central Europe with a size of 600 square km. This is almost the size of Singapore. As we were there during the off peak season , there were little activities at the lake except some holiday makers and people fishing. But the tranquil environment is very therapeutic and brings peace to the mind. Excellent choice of accommodation which I would highly recommend

A beautiful gem in Balatonfűred in a quiet and convenient location. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment with balcony felt cozy and inviting. The host was kind and helpful with my late check-in. I can highly recommend Lavenedula Apartman and will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed. - Very convenient location, the beach was very close, less than 5 minutes walk. - The room was very clean, each room had air conditioning and a TV, the view from the balcony was gorgeous. - Very cool and polite staff. - Very close to a shop, restaurants, fast food cafes, sale of swimming rings, sale of souvenir magnets.
