We had a great stay, only regret we could stay for a short time. We booked the hotel because the swimming pool, and my kids enjoyed the pool. It is in a lovely setting, the rooms are spacious. The reception accommodated that my youngest child has movement disorder and while she is getting around independently, the downstairs was much easier access for us than upstairs. The beach is very close, few minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from for a lovely dinner. 10 minutes walk and can get into the city center for a night vibe. The group of people were lovely during our stay, we did not experience any noise or party. We could not check in early but there was a storage which we could use, and we could use the facilities, until our room was ready. Checking out was easy, again we could use the storage and could enjoy our last day as well, also could use the facilities as well. As I do not drive in Hungary, for us was easy to get around by walk and train.

Szem's Guesthouse quickly became one of our favorite places to stay. It’s genuinely one of the most comfortable accommodations we’ve ever experienced, and the sense of relaxation we felt there is something we can’t emphasize enough. What We Loved: - The house is located on a quiet street shaded by towering chestnut and pine trees, providing a peaceful and serene environment. - Parking is free and conveniently located on the street under the trees. - The house’s courtyard features stunning pathways lined with flowers, also shaded by the majestic chestnuts and pines, creating a tranquil outdoor space. - Each room opens up to large terraces furnished with tables, plants, and flowers — perfect for evening conversations with friends over a glass of wine. - This place is ideal for groups of families, with or without children; we can’t imagine a more relaxing spot. - For those who enjoy grilling, there’s a designated barbecue area that adds to the charm of this guesthouse. - The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in late due to traffic and providing an early check-out as well. - The house is just 300 meters from the lake and 200 meters from the town center, which is bustling with terraces offering delicious meals for all tastes and budgets (including the largest wienerschnitzel on the planet 🙂). We stayed in Vitorlás Vendégház from August 7-10. It is an incredibly well-maintained, cozy guesthouse in a great, central, but quiet location of Révfülöp, just a few hundred meters from the water. Our room was very pleasant, compact, and clean. The bed was really comfortable, we got the best rest after very active days outside. There was a kettle, a refrigerator that fit all our snacks, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom was also sparkling clean, we were given a lot of soft fluffy towels. What we especially loved: - very responsive staff, flexible check-in - private parking lot - free, good quality trekking bikes (we used them daily!) - repair tools for bikes, if you bring your own We loved our stay here and made great memories in Révfülöp! We’d like to thank Szabolcs for his kindness and readiness to help with any questions we had during our stay!

Beautifully furnished and well equipped accommodation. Super nice and friendly hosts. Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre and the beach. The courtyard is very beautiful and large. It is a child and family-friendly accommodation. It has everything for kids of all ages to enjoy. Swing, sand pit, slide, trampoline, and more.
