This place is homely. The staff are genuinely helpful, and Terril and Jack are a gem of a person. They will make sure that your stay is absolutely comfortable and worth your time there. We were 9 family members, rented 2 apartments- 4 bedroom and 1 bedroom for 4 nights.Beautiful,clean apartments & smelling good too!Had water purifier,cooking facilities,utensils,cutlery etc. Clothes drying rack was there too. Care takers Shruti & Vignesh and other staff took care of everything so well.I always received prompt replies from Shruti regarding any query before we arrived at the property.Amazing home cooked breakfast.Clean pool. 5 minutes walk to beach. 7 minutes walk to the main road where restaurants and other shops are.My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.Would definitely stay there if we visit Goa again!

The family running the guesthouse are incredibly friendly. My room with beach side facing balcony was spacious and clean. Tucked away from the main street it was nice and quiet.
