The villa is located in a quiet street just a stone's throw away from the beach. It has a beautiful private garden with outside seating which we enjoyed. Getting to Rome is straightforward either by train from Maccarese or by car (if you avoid the traffic jams during rush hour). Even in the offseason, many great restaurants are open in the area. In my opinion, this villa is a great choice in terms of price and quality ratio.

AgriSesto B&B is a historic country house, set on the main road between Fiumicino Airport, Fregene Beach, and the Nuova Fiera di Roma exposition area.

The location is 20 min away from Rome Fiumicino airport by car. I only needed to be there for a few hours, to have some rest between flights. I wished I could stay for more. Everything is clean and comfortable, the room is spacious, all equipment in the bathroom is modern. I appreciate that I found the breakfast meal in the room at my arrival, because they knew I won't be there in the morning to enjoy it. The restaurant was closed when I arrived, but there is a bar nearby where someone can have a good snack and some expresso for a really good price. Many thanks to Ms. Simona who coordinated wonderfully the check-in and my transfer from and to the airport. Also Mr. Gigi, the driver providing the above mentioned transfers, is a very kind and helpful person.

Very neat and well equipped villa. Fiorella was an excellent host and very accommodating with check out times as our flight was only leaving late in the afternoon. The villa is situated close to the beach and shops so we were able to walk where we wanted to go most of the time. This was the perfect stay for our last couple of days in Italy before heading back home. Would highly recommend.

We weren't expecting breakfast so was pleasantly surprised we got pastries and coffee and Sophia was so accommodating. She brought us extra milk we needed.

I was impressed by the house and also the comfort inside. AC in every room, fully equipped kitchen, small snack and water ready for us, indeed every room includes bathroom and kitchen were crystal clean. The ccess was communicated initially on the reservation platform (in our case on booking.com) and later on WhatsApp. Although we never met our host, Nancy answered immediately every our question. Also, the location is very convenient for easy access to the beach (10 minutes walking distance) and to the Fiumicino airport (15 minutes by taxi/uber). It was my best experience this summer.

Bed was so comfy! We booked it “last minute” when we got our plane canceled around 11pm so it was really amazing they accepted our reservation! View is also nice and to rest on the sunbeds in the sun. They let us stay few hours longer than checkout!
