this is a hotel with wonderful staff!!! very responsive and friendly, extremely high level of hygiene, the beds are very comfortable for relaxation! I will gladly stay in this hotel again when I visit the city again! thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We were dropped off at the wrong Papa Pipo and the staff there offered to drive us to the correct one free of charge. Before that we had a lovely pizza and cold beers. No rush, no pressure. Wonderful customer care!

The room was fantastic, 4 months in sth east Asia and I find this little gem !!! Price fair, wifi perfect , bed so comfy, staff happy 😊, room so clean, desk inside, good size fridge to , everything I liked, location nice to I honestly would go back !! I'm not understanding of some of the reviews tho, most are good but some not that good, I've stayed in so many places in my 4 months in vietnam, Laos and Cambodia , this was one of the best !!!
