Sahan and has family are great hosts and made us feel very welcome, and a very friendly dog. The breakfasts were amazing! 5 minutes walk from a beach where you can swim with turtles, and a short tuktuk away from the main Dikwella town and Hirekitiya. Sahan also got us get on a direct bus to our next location which was really helpful!

Parasol dore is a recently renovated guest house in Dickwella, where guests can take a dip in its infinity pool and make the most of its free WiFi, private beach area and water sports facilities.

A stylish, comfortable and luxurious stay. This place is so special and you can see the love and care that went into this villa. Our room was spacious and looking out to the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away from the bedroom constertina doors that open completely. I loved the botique shop on the property with beautiful designer clothes. Lovely hosts and a really comfortable stay! There is also a beach nearby where you can swim with turtles!

This was the best hotel where we stayed in Sri Lanka. I felt like I was at home there. The owner is a super friendly person and his family as well! It was sad to leave this place. His garden is just like one big zoo! We saw there monkeys, chameleon, turtle and much more animals! We could just sit there and watch what is happening in his garden all day ☺️ The place was super clean and comfortable. The family shared a lot of knowledge about Sri Lanka and animals with us. When we arrived the owner welcomed us with an amazing tea and let us watch him when he prepared us breakfast so now I can try to make roti in Poland! Thank you one more time for you kindness 🤗🤗

Amazing hospitality by Nimal and his wife. Great location next to Batheegama beach which is swimmable. Great value for money. Even the breakfast, especially string hoppers and daal was amazing. We got a welcome drink which was a nice gesture. Would highly recommend for a stay in Dickwella. Their apartment room is superb value, I feel they should increase the price slightly.

Great location a short walk to the beach. On the main road but you really don’t notice the traffic. I’d recommend you definitely book the breakfast option which is served at another hotel but is definitely worth the short free tuk tuk ride.

This is a very nice place. I would describe it as a bed & breakfast (not sure what it's labelled as on Booking). The owner lives in a separate house and guests stay in a new house with three or four rooms. Each room has a separate bathroom. It's all very roomy and the plave has a nice garden. It's also clean and the style is somewhat colonial with dark tree furniture. Wifi is OK but not great and that's the case wherever you go on Sri Lanka. I could do some work without problem and my daughter could look at Netflix. So, it's ok. The owner is very helpful and friendly and they have a washing service. The location is off Dikwella main street so it's quiet and it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach across the main street and through some deserted plots. Since Surf Bay Villa is in the eastern end of Dikwella it's also close to Hiriketiya beach. Its possible to walk the distance but I recommend using a tuc tuc. This beach is nicer than the beach in Dikwella. Surf Bay Villa is definitely a clean, nice and friendly place to stay!

Mount Top is a beachfront property situated in Dickwella, 600 metres from Dickwella Beach and 6.2 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole.

The owner was so kind and always helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I felt really welcome and would definitely stay here again!

The homestay is perfect. The room is cozy, with a fan, comfortable bed and mosquito net (tent). The shared terrace is amazing, with hammocks, tables and chairs a lot of flowers. The shared bathroom is clean and spacious and also offers hot water. The shared kitchenette is enough. The family is amazing, kind and nice. I extended my staying because it was like being home. Really Harmonz Park.. If I will be in future in Hiri, I will go here. Thank you for everything.
