A perfect stay at the Fourcoock villa. I had a whole floor to myself. The house is very well maintained. Very friendly and responsive owners. A tasty meal is offered to you at a very reasonable price. There is an incredible calm in this house. I will come back for my next stay!

How can I even start… all the members of this family are literal angels. They’ll take care of you, show you around, make sure you’re never hungry, and give you the best possible experience. I was so lucky to meet them at the beginning of my trip; I ended up staying way longer than planned and even spent my birthday with them and we organised a trip together some time later. At this point, they’ve become family to me. Their property is located in a beautiful and tranquil area; if you like being close to nature and want an authentic Sri Lankan experience, this is the place. The rooms are well-kept and tidy, spacious, and cosy. There’s an adorable dog and lots of visiting animals, even parrots, who feed near the property’s gate every morning. Shamaylie, with the help of her daughters, cooks home made, healthy and very tasty meals, made from the local ingredients. The family will make sure that they offer you the food you like. I recommend to visit the Guesthouse regardless if you’re travelling solo or in a couple. You will always be treated with love, warmth, and generosity. Wik xx

Alex and Nelson are one of the nicest hosts I ever met! I only stayed a night and half and they arranged everything for me to feel like home. I wish I would have stayed longer as I almost felt part of their family :) they were so kind and provided many advises to me. Don’t trust the bad reviews because it’s not relevant of their guest house which is a slice of heaven! Only 30meters to the beach, lovely staff and loved their fur family! Vielen danke!!

We stayed at Kurumba Villa for 3 nights and it couldn’t be any better. The entire property is very neat and clean. Very big pool :) and nice common area. In our Villa we had a lot of space and of course it was very clean, too. Jaya, our host was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Anything we wanted to do or see, he arranged it for us. he is a 10\10 host. His garden is amazing, like a mini jungle with lots of birds, squirrels and one day we also saw monkey on Jaya's trees. The Apartmants are 5 mins walk away from the beach, crossing the railways.
