I loved the welcome from Mary and the information she shared about the area. The homey feeling of the place was just what was needed at the end of our trip. Oh and the homemade jam? Yummy! Lovely place to stay. So quiet and tranquil. Very relaxing and comfortable. Loads of space. Great facilities. Everything you need. Breakfast provided (muesli, yoghurt, bread to toast, fruit etc with eggs to cook yourself). Lovely log burner. Easy access to Silver Peaks trails and Orokonui ecosanctuary. Alan is an excellent host.

Loved the location and space of the appartment. It was super comfortable and had the added bonus of the pool table. Loved the beach towels. Loved waking up to tge roaring sound of the ocean.
