Friendly owners. Super clean & spacey ideal for a couple or a 2+1 situation. We had a quiet corner apartment with patio, slept so well throughout our 11day stay. Well equipped kitchen with pans, plates, mixer, microwave, huge fridge. Sponges, soap, cloths and all. They gave us a tank of water(very appreciated). Quality sheets, pillows, towels. New and functional bathroom. After a week they cleaned the room and gave us new towels, they even changed the shower curtain (who does that?!?) Local boys (Chris & Rechie) always there to help you.

This homestay is run by a nice family. We stayed in Family room with a double bed and bunk bed. Good for 4-5 . Rooms are spacious and super clean. Bathroom was good and clean. Hot water shower is always available. Towels provided. The place is very near to alona beach and all eateries. Best thing about this place is Host. Host James and his family and entire staff is so good and helpful. You will get positive vibes when you enter the place. James helped me in getting motorbike for rent from a nice lady nearby. Please rent motorbike from her. Their bikes are in excellent condition. We never faced any issue in 2 days. Host James can help you with everything including tours, suggestion of places on island, ferrry tickets and drop to Tagbilaran port. His suggestions were excellent.. We visited places that he mentioned and we had best time in Philippines at Panglao Nice breakfast is included with the stay. We are vegans and they provided us bread, jam, salad, fruits and juice which was more than enough for us.

The villa itself was great, clean and spacious. It's been well maintained and there is a very friendly and helpful host (sorry forgotten her name, I think Malia?) who lives at the front of the property so is always on hand to help with anything. The pool is large and great for families. The kitchen is full equipped and has everything you need

We prolonged a couple of times due to personal things however the staff was very helpful and friendly about it. Swimming pool is very nice and location is good because it's a bit outside the centre so quiet and relaxed (you can rent very affordable scooters there)
