First, the apt. is incredibly well appointed; it is full of both design and comfort details (including all appliances, water, snacks, beach towels and mats, personal care items, proper desk). Quiet, efficient aircon, good lighting, a lovely large balcony with seating and plants, security. Tasteful and beach stylying decoration, too. Check-in went well and smooth. We were able to pay by Venmo which was easy and uncomplicated. The location is amazing. It is a nice and calm place to be. The host is very cooperative. We were able to extend our check-out time, as my son had his online University entrance test exactly during check-out time. Wifi was working fine too. (he got his acceptance letter :-), so the place brings luck too!)
