Excellent location close to nice Malibu beach and good restaurants and 7eleven. Stuff is extremelly friendly and lovely - they provide high level of service and help. Apartments are very clean and comforable. Nice surprise was as outside bathtop under roof next to bathroom. Pool are perfect for play with kids!

One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Stav, his father and the team are super friendly and helpful. The view from the villa is a dream! The facilities are great, the beds are very comfortable and everything is super spacious. We wanted for nothing and when we come back to Koh Phangan we will only book here. The only thing that was a pity is that we only booked 5 nights. :)

Spotless, comfortable and great facilities.. Especially if you're looking to cook some of your own meals. The hosts were great with their communication and even offered late check out to us. Great location in Haad Yao, walking distance to Bubba's, Locco's, Pura Vida and the beach.
