This is a beautiful self catering house right on sunrise beach. Our favourite beach on Koh Lipe. The house is equipped with kitchen utensils and everything you need is there if you want to prepare simple meals. It is spacious and nicely decorated. We were 4 adults and 2 teenage kids and there was more than enough space for us. The host was very helpful and arranged a taxi boat for our pick up and drop off. We will definitely be back

We loved our bungalow at Bayview sunset. The check in was easy, staff helped with our luggage and there is a hotel taxi that is cheaper than others on the island. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view on the bay was amazing and we loved every second of it. Best of our stay was the restaurant which is just right at the beach with a Mojito Happy Hour starting at 3 :)

We loved our family room. We had a big double bed and the kids had a couch in the same room as us. We also had access to a kitchen and fridge and a very nice table outside, on the terrace, with a super, super useful fan. We spent a lot of time on that lovely terrace, we enjoyed the outdoor time thanks to the amazing fan. The room is spacious, with a lot of space to put your luggage. They clean every day the room and they also bring some complimentary bottles of water. We had some problems with the aircon, but the staff was on top of everything and resolved the issues. The location is amazing, 2 minutes away from Pattaya Beach, right on the main walking street, we recommend the Elephant restaurant, very close to the Sweed Hotel. We would send the kids alone to the beach, to buy ROTI for takeaway, we felt very safe for them to be independent and go by themselves and walk or go to restaurants and order takeaway. :) Overall, it was an amazing experience, we loved our time here, so we booked again for another 5 nights. We recommend it.

Daily cleaning, water supply. Great location! Both sides of the beach are reachable and all restaurants, shops nearby. Free pick up from the pier was lovely welcoming. Shower outside of room so can clean yourself after beach from sand. Nice cafe.

Had a great stay in sea to moon lipe. They gave us a warm welcome. Answered all our queries. Room was decent and very near to the beach. But there are a-lot of boat nearby. Breakfast was good. Super friendly staffs and host. They also provide free shutter service back to pier upon check out.
