What did I like? Everything! I was picked up from the station by Johnny and taken to their beautiful house. The spotlessly clean room is huge with a big comfy round bed. The view of the Pacific from the room is s beautiful and you can walk along the sea wall. I was served a great western style+fruit breakfast which lasted me most of the day Finally, they stored my luggage while I went to Taroko Gorge and brought it to the station for me. (After helping me buy train tickets and taking me to the Taroko Park base). Then they asked if there was anything else that they could do for me!!! Worth the price as the experience was completely stress free.

It was few kms away from Taroko national park. The stay was comfortable. We enjoyed it. The bunk beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and treated us well. The bathroom, bunk beds and dining place were so clean and had hot water connection. We could make many acquaintances with travellers who stayed along. The place has good and cheap restaurants, 7/11 and family mart nearby. The railway station Xincheng was 1.5 kms away. Overall a nice place to stay if you plan to visit taroko national park.

The owner of Dotodays Teahouse was very helpfull with all things like information for the journey etc.!My husband had his birthday and the lady was so nice to bye a little cake for celebration. The nightmarket and some nice little restaurants are nearby. We feeled like at home in this pretty and stylish little house. Thank You!

The hosts are super friendly. We stayed here to visit Taroko nature park with a tour. The tour started very early, and the next day we had to leave very early as well to catch our train back, but the hosts prepared a breakfast to go that was delicious! You could feel it was prepared with a lot of love. One of us is vegetarian and they understood that perfectly, despite the language barrier. They also fixed a taxi for us. Comfortable and very clean room, Dyson hairdryer, always coffee/water/snacks available… We also appreciated the reading nook with massage seats! The night market and the beach are very close, walking distance. We didn’t really like the night market but there were good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well.

Mollie the receptionist made me feel very welcome right away. She recommended a restaurant to me that turned out to be the best Chicago style pizza I've had in Asia. Also, the shower had nice hot water.

Rooms were nice and spacious~ we were a grp of 15pax and my 6pax room has a bunk bed which the kiddos were really excited about~ Mr Wu (the host) was very friendly and patient and attended to our needs as fast as he could~ I loved the special details he put in every room~ e.g. cute theme for my 6pax room which has kids~ Toiletries were well equipped (owner, Mr Wu, has a line of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which he brought in~ he even provided guest with facial cleanser) 4pax room has bath tub too~ 👍🏻 oh the apartment even has a lift (5 storeys) Kiddos said they love the stairs and space within the whole apartment XD my family and friends really like this place~ there's a cafe just right outside the apartment and 生煎包shop just across! Convenient~ night market is 15-20mins away~ we were walking around looking for food and neighbours actually recommend us this 刀削面 eatery which was yummy! Host also owns a laundry cleaning service shop just outside his apartment, so convenient! Laundry is very clean too!

Great staff, perfect location as the hotel is very close to the night market and the beach and the room was perfect, I even had a private balcony. I would have stayed one more night but the hotel was fully busy.

We booked the entire property, it was VERY close to the night market (just 1min). 2 bicycles are provided to ride by the beach. Some rooms had a lovely seaview. We loved the dining area, it was spacious & fully equipped + comes with a automatic mahjong table!
