Amazing location and the accommodation is luxurious. Wonderful views over the bay. We had complete privacy with access to assistance whenever it was needed by Jolene who was extremely helpful and happy. Elia was a fabulous warm caring tour guide with all the local knowledge who coordinated and drove us to experience the waterfall, hot pools and great snorkelling. Brilliant stay!

I loved everything about the place. Beach was 50 meters away. Great food. Decent Internet access. Friendly staff. Price was perfect. The fan was enough for me (no AC). House of Bamboo was the perfect place to stay. Located 6km out of Savusavu, along a very pretty seaside road, House of Bamboo was surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation while still offering stunning views of the sea from its large deck. The house was very comfortable and extremely well equipped so that we had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. The beautiful pool area was a lovely bonus. There was great snorkelling right out in front and we enjoyed the use of the property's snorkelling gear, kayaks and paddleboards. Taxis to nearby Savusavu were cheap and readily available. We were met by our host at the airport and farewelled on departure, and our luggage was carried up and down the 100 steps for us! Meagan and staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - they were absolutely wonderful, and we were very appreciative of that. We all loved our stay at House of Bamboo and would definitely stay here again if we return to Savusavu, which we would also love to do!
