It’s a spacious, quiet place to stay. Sadly we were only spending the night before catching our ferry but it does look like a great place to spend a long day just chilling. Breakfast was superb!

Situated in Ringford, 39 km from Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club, The Pond Lodges Barstobrick has a terrace, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. These beautifully designed tiny houses were perfect! Great views with lots of wildlife and walks nearby. We ordered the breakfast hampers each morning and they were delicious. There are 7 little cabins and they are great for any kind of trip. The Alder cabin also has a hot tub which was an added bonus! Elen was very responsive and incredibly helpful!

Our host Pat and bill were so lovely and accommodating. The room was fantastic very comfortable , well decorated and very clean ! . The room had all these extra touches and supplies that you never get in a hotel . I was super impressed. Breakfast in the morning was so tasty . They were so accommodating to my husband gluten free diet. If we were use the port again I book them again ! Thankyou for a lovely stay to finish off our hoilday .

The proximity to the beach and the wonderful views . A well equipped van with everything we needed. Extremely clean and well cared for van . Good beds and pillows . Very quiet location . Good communication with the owners . A very enjoyable break .
