Situated on the seafront in Flores and boasting a private beach area, Posada Don Julio has free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Lesbia and Julio are very warm and welcoming hosts. They made me feel like at home, we had nice conversations and it was a great pleasure to stay with them for some days. My room was huge with a big balcony directly above the water - very cool! The location is not in the Flores Island but in San Miguel - so if you search for a calmer non touristic area that's your choice! From Flores it is easy to arrive with a small boat in about 5 mins. Also recommended to book the tour to Tikal etc. and transports with them, they offer for a good price. And it is helpful to know some Spanish as their English is limited (but Julio is learning!) 😊 muchas gracias 🥰

The location and view is wonderful. We were very happy to stay off the island of Flores and at Cass Zoila. The amenities are adequate for cooking and enjoying the terrace. The family is very helpful and answers any questions one might have.

The room is really great to spend some time relaxing, it’s a 2min trip with the boat from Flores (10Q per trip). The pool is really appreciated with the heat and the hammock as well. Also the man who was present in the hotel was super helpful and really nice, he made our stay amazing a big thank you to him.

Located in Flores in the Peten region, Hostal Inn 1 features a garden. Great location, good basic rooms and super helpful staff. They also help you with transport to e.g. Tikal. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Flores!

Situated in El Remate, 35 km from Tikal National Park, Bikini Beach offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a garden. The property has lake and garden views. Great spot, very chill vibes and super helpful information for continuing our travels. Also amazing drinks at the bar! Would love to come back again when the lake is less full and the beach is more accessible. El Remate is a gem and so nice to stay here rather than transiting back to flores after visiting tikal and before moving eastward to Belize.
