Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. The staff is absolutely lovely (special mention to the property manager ☺️). The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The pool area is great for relaxing and refreshing. Everything is pristine clean. The hotel is walking distance from a really nice marina with some shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We had overall a really lovely stay.

Reasonably priced parking 3 mins walk away. Cute ”tiptop” apartment, all functional, great bed, nice terrace for morning coffee and evening drink.

He offered to arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment, which was a great help for us. We also received excellent recommendations for things to do in Split, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean and met our expectations perfectly. The air conditioning worked very well, which was perfect for the hot summer days. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We are very happy with our stay and would love to come back in the future!

Perfectly clean and with a lot of small good details, such as cozy light at balcony, nice cups for coffie and tea, good choice of coffie, hooks in the bathroom. I mean everything doesn't matter so much but in general it gives very nice impression.

One of the apartment’s highlights was the balcony, equipped with comfortable seating—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. However, it is worth noting that the view primarily consisted of adjacent apartment blocks, which might not appeal to those seeking scenic vistas. The location of the apartment block, while not the most aesthetically pleasing, did not detract from our overall sense of security. We felt safe throughout our stay and appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood at night, ensuring restful sleep. In summary, despite some minor drawbacks related to the area and external appearance, the apartment itself and the attentiveness of the host made our stay enjoyable. The convenience of the location and the comfort provided make this a solid choice for travelers.

Host was also very responsive to text messages and helped me locate a store to buy an item I needed help with. I would definitely stay there again.
