Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Everything....we travelled end of April just before season started. All I can say is I couldnt have been any happier with the service. First let's start with Ana...who greeted us with beautiful energy and big smile on her face. Made us feel soooo welcome. Then we met Karla ...great energy, great style, excellent English and also made us feel very welcome. On arrival we was offered to have coffee and croissants for free. Now...the room!!!!! Woooow. Just so spacious, clean, lovely layout, free amenities, and a balcony equipped with table two chairs and an ashtray. Just loved this place and would definitely definitely stay again. sending love to both Ana and Karla. Thank you for making our stay so special. Also ...split town is about 15 minute walk if u walk along the main roads. Or for a more scenic route...you walk along the coast. X beautiful people beautiful country......can't wait to come BK in season x

Comfy bed, A/C, had all the amenities needed. Vedran was very kind and provided me lot's of information about tours and discounts, and it helped me to bring my luggage to the top floor. It's only a 10 min walk to the touristic area.

But if square meters doesn't matter - it's good choice. Perfectly clean and with a lot of small good details, such as cozy light at balcony, nice cups for coffie and tea, good choice of coffie, hooks in the bathroom. I mean everything doesn't matter so much but in general it gives very nice impression.

Great location - less than 5 min to the golden gate and two supermarkets at the bottom of the street. Spacious with well equipped kitchen. Parking at the back of the building was invaluable but the streets to get to the apartment are narrow. We had a van and there was no trouble with parking. Has views of the bell tower and glimpses of the sea. Internet worked great.

The apartment was fresh, very well cleaned and spacious. What pleased us was the possibility to wash our clothes (all cleaning products were presented) a coffee machine with multiple coffee options and snacks upon arrival. The beautiful lady Linda (owner) was waiting for us upon arrival down in the lobby to help us carrying out our language to the apartment. This apartment is only 10min walk from the old town center and 10min drive to the most of the beautiful beaches in Split. Highly recommend! Thank you Linda for everything!
