She served us dessert when we arrived and it was delicious. Breakfast was lovely too and well presented. We didnt leave hungry! The house itself is modern and clean, lovely cumfy bed and all the facilities needed.

Offering a garden and sea view, Ocean view B&B X35X250 is situated in Ringville, 29 km from Tynte's Castle and 30 km from St. Mary's Collegiate Church. Liam and Brida were very welcoming. It was raining and misty on arrival so we couldn't appreciate the wonderful views. Yet by the morning, the weather improved so the views over the water were lovely. The room was quiet, warm and very cosy. The hot breakfast was delicious. A magical find.

Well equipped eat in kitchen & cosy living space. Separate dining room also. Two nice bathrooms. Has its own parking space. Loved the location. Short walk to lake, beach & town. Would suit a couple or small family comfortably. Washing machine & tumble dryer a bonus too. Can’t fault this place.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The property owner was very friendly and had a beautiful apple tart for our breakfast. I would highly recommend this property.
