Located in Litli-Árskógssandur, within 35 km of Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall, Waterfront Fjord House is an accommodation offering sea views. Our best stay in Iceland. The water front views were awesome, wished we stayed for longer. It was everything we expected (kitchen, washer and dryer, clean premises).

Boasting garden views, Myvo The Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 offers accommodation with a garden, around 48 km from Godafoss Waterfall. The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable, featured plenty of windows to enjoy the stunning view of the lake in front and the mountain in the back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there is even a laundry machine. The location is perfect, right next to Dimmuburgir, Hverir, the cave and of course the lake which benefited us with a beautiful sunset from the kitchen. It wasn't so cheap but worth the money.

Grásteinn Guesthouse features a private beach area, garden, barbecue facilities and shared lounge in Þórshöfn. This guest house provides free private parking and luggage storage space. This guesthouse was hidden gem of our vacations in Iceland. If by any occasion you pass by Grásteinn Guesthouse, take a breakfast with them and try to stole the recipe for that “out-of-this-world” dark bread, …it worths more than gold. Besides all extremely good, cozy and comfort with the room and sleeping conditions, this stay won the prize of “the best breakfast in Iceland” for this vacations.

Featuring free WiFi and a barbecue, Skógar Sunset Guesthouse offers accommodation 13 km from Húsavík. Each self-catering studio features a kitchen with a stove top, microwave and fridge. Very quiet place. Already one week in Iceland, it is the first accomodation which is not audible. Finally we could have a very good sleep, especially in the morning. Amazing view! Kitchenette with hotplate, cheese slicer and even a peeler. Everything is there to cook a meal for 2. Very glad with the toaster. Enjoyed it very much! Studio very well maintained. Clean, nice, spacious and pleasant. Check in fine. Everything lovely. Terrace also nice in front of the door. Just 12 minutes from Húsavík. Lovey hosts. Gamli Skólinn Húsavík offers accommodation in Húsavík. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The accommodation has a seating area. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher and oven. The location was great. The room was quiet, spacious, and clean. Everything we needed was provided.

Featuring a private pier and an impressive sea view, Tungulending Guesthouse is located 13 km outside of Húsavík village. Relaxation options include enjoying a drink at the bar. Great place, amazing view! Very clean and good service! We really enjoyed staying there!

Located in Hjalteyri, 19 km from Akureyri, Apt. Hotel Hjalteyri features views of the sea and the mountains from every apartment. Every room has a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. We booked a two bedroom apartment and it was huge! The biggest bedrooms, living, dining areas and kitchen we had in the entire trip. The kitchen was well equipped, there was even a bbq pit and charcoal provided. The location is a little far from Akureyri town but set in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The hotel itself is interesting, lots of art pieces and cozy corners for reading. Toti was friendly and very helpful with our needs. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!
