We booked the place last minute, but the check-in was quick and hassle-free. It’s an ideal spot for a family getaway – quiet, cozy, and equipped with everything you need.

Only a 5-minute walk from San Vincenzo’s sandy beaches, Residenza Santa Cecilia boasts a heated indoor pool, hot tub and sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers. Beautiful big room, very clean and the staff was super nice! We also had a little seating area outside (garden). We were able to wash our clothes, that took 30 mins, super quick. They had their own products in the bathroom, which smelled really good and were natural. :D

Seems freshly renovated, comfortable bed, lovely furnishings, very spacious and has everything you need. Super clean and tidy. The WiFi and AC work well. Easy check-in and check-out was also great, and it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is fantastic. Hosts are also very kind and very accommodating! Highly recommend!

Breakfast was very good, and the owner was accommodating and nice. I particularly liked the location - it's conveniently located close to the train station in Viareggio, which is perfect for exploring and travelling around the region. The beach and the promenade were close as well with many shops and supermarkets around.

Thoughtfully designed in every detail - even the water glasses are not ordinary. Perfect location, there is free parking very near by. Excellent and very detailed communication from the owner regarding check-in and other important information – it felt truly welcoming and caring. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Nằm ở Porto Ercole, cách Bãi biển Le Viste Beach 15 phút đi bộ, Porto Ercole Guest House nhìn ra khu vườn. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or property. Sabrina was so kind and helpful and even helped us get to the train station on our way home. The room was very clean, bright, quiet and spacious for the two of us. The bed was comfortable too. The location is excellent just 2 minute walk from the port and only a 20 minute walk to a public beach. There was also Bar Centrale next door which was great for breakfast. We can’t fault the property at all and we’d love to stay here if we came back to Porto Ercole again. Grazie Mille Sabrina 😊😊

A very cozy place! 😊 The host Monica is incredibly kind and helpful — she assisted with anything we needed and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. The room is small but very comfortable, with a lovely terrace. It would be great to have a mosquito repellent in the room, as we were bothered a bit by mosquitoes. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the hotel is designed for only a small number of guests — which is a big plus. A wonderful place to stay!

Apartments based in the beautiful part of the town. Near by the park and walking distance from the see. Awesome hospitality and more than great standard of the rooms. It is also worth to mention great owner who helps with everything with the smile and care.

The view from our balcony was exceptional. We enjoyed using the pool and the lounge chairs near it. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's food allergies. She has celiac disease, and every single morning, the staff brought her bread, meat, and cheese separately, to avoid cross contamination. Phenomenal service!
