Good to have options since there aren't any convenience stores within walking distance. He knows the area very well and will definitely inform you on where to go. It was so lovely to wake up with a view of the surrounding mountains. The local area is so peaceful as you're right by a river and many of the local people have nice gardens. The bus stop to Hossawa Falls is only a 5minute walk away. You're also a 10-15min away from Seoto-no yu Onsen which is so convenient..

Set in Oshima and only 300 metres from Kobohama Beach, ゲストハウスKOIZUMI offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Perfect location close to the Motomachi port. There are many places to eat nearby as well. The rooms are simple, clean, and have everything you need: bed, ac, a table etc. They are also really spacious. The staff (host) is also really friendly and accommodating, and one of them even speaks English. I was offered food multiple times, even though it is not included in the accommodation plan. The common (dining) area has a tv and manga, and is a nice place to chat with other guests and the host.
