We booked a week at the Rafiki Jua in Watamu, precisely the Rafiki Jua is located inside the Rafiki Tamu, a brand new residence consisting of several apartments (The structure looks like in the photos). Rafiki Tamu is a modern and new structure located exactly halfway between Watamu center and the beautiful beach of Sardinia 2. Our apartment was on the ground floor, overlooking the pool, consisting of dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All nicely decorated with a fantastic African style. Inside the structure the entire staff is super helpful, consisting of receptionists, security, cleaning and laundry service (included in the price), masseuses at a very competitive price, chef (available to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners). For those who do not want to experience a village I highly recommend Rafiki.

The host (Aisha) is warm and welcoming, the property and environment is well maintained, and the house is spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for a comfortable stay.

Offering an infinity pool and sea view, Zuri Luxe 2BR apartment- Silversands Beach Malindi is situated in Malindi, a few steps from Tropical Beach and 34 km from Watamu National Marine Park. Very responsive host and a housekeeper who was available, pleasant and very helpful. Apartment is tastefully furnished. The pool is amazing. location is excellent, right next to the beach. There is a great Swahili restaurant about 10 minutes away that serves delicious food and also has delivery options.

Cosy Cottage Marine Park at Malindi Beach is a property with a private pool, situated in Malindi, within just 600 metres of Vasco da Gama Pillar and 700 metres of Portuguese Chapel. Several weeks later we still talk about this villa in Malindi and the most wellcoming family that made our stay here unforgettable! Beautifully designed villa with all needed amenities, very clean, comfortable, and safe. Large rooms set on 2 floors, comfortable large terrace where we spent most of our time. Incredibly friendly hosts - Michal and Massimo helped us with everything we needed, showed us around and introduced to the best Malindi has to offer.

Located within 400 metres of Mapango Beach and 23 km of Watamu National Marine Park, Pucci House Watamu provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Watamu. We loved Pucci House! Alex and Pola are amazing hosts and their staff are kind and helpful. The location is very central and we enjoyed walking around. For those arriving by car, note that there is no parking in the facility. We are coming regularly to Watamu, and for sure, this place will become our go-to. The decoration is gorgeous (shout out to the frame above the bed :) and the breakfasts were great. Also, special mention to the spa!
