Less than a minute away from a perfect beach (golden sands, coconut trees, calm blue waters). There was no one else on the beach on both days that we went. Mrs Krish is a lovely and attentive host, she was kind enough to cook us delicious Sri Lankan breakfasts and fish curry for dinner. The rooms are big, comfy, clean and have strong AC and a ceiling fan. Within walking distance from a few restaurants, shops, ATM. Would definitely stay again!

The owner went above and beyond helping me with things. Even loaned me a bike to get around town.

Small, cozy homestay in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The area is fenced and there are a lot of plants in front of the house. The main street in the town is about 10 minutes walk away, from where you can easily get a bus to Batticaloa. The room and bathroom are neat. The room is quite small, but sufficient, mosquito nets over the beds. The common space is a table with chairs and a large fridge. We highly recommend this place. And the best recommendation is that we came for 2 nights and stayed 6.

The location was perfect - an oasis! The host welcomed us and fed us the most delicious lunch and dinner. We could’ve stayed a few more nights but we had to continue. This place is a gem! Would return in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and we especially appreciated the chairs outside where we could enjoy our morning coffee while soaking in the serene surroundings. This hotel offers the perfect beachside retreat, with proximity to both Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. Being situated near these two stunning beaches offers guests the convenience of exploring and enjoying the beauty of two distinct coastal paradises. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Every moment spent at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail from the staff. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat with great value for money.

It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.
