Loved everything about it!! Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

Great apartment with everything you need. Perfect location right next to the Jesselton Point where all island hopping tours leave. Lots of food options around. Our kids loved the playground inside the apartment and the pool. The host was very friendly and arranged an early check in after a long flight. I would highly recommend, we had a wonderful stay!

The property is situated within Mercure Hotel, and is on one of the residential floors rather than hotel floors. Very comfortable apartment, 2 bedroom and 2 washrooms as described, with a kitchenette equipped with minimal cooking utensils, which is not a problem for us because it was super easy to get food with many eateries and the jetty just within walking distance for fresh seafood. Room was very clean. Self-check in is extremely straightforward, with key card for the lift picked up from the side of the building and room access is via a password keypad. Eilvane is super easy to get in touch with, and super responsive, and also kindly provided some snacks, water and also parking coupons as well for parking outside of the apartment. She is also full of suggestions and ideas for great food options and things to do! View from the rooftop floor with a cafe was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
