Top quality appliances and fittings, layout well thought out and very friendly and helpful host. Off-street parking in quiet neighborhood. The host probably renovated the property recently and had a lot of common sense to use the best fittings like very good sound isolating doors and windows. Everything worked very well and most items and fittings were like new. We have stayed in many hotels and self-catering apartments (more than.150) and this is the best so far.

Situated in Kristiansand, 500 metres from Årossanden Beach, Top Floor Apartment Årossanden 5 A provides accommodation with a sauna, a hot tub and an indoor pool. Everything was exceptional and fantastic. Everyone was surprised and amazed to see warm welcome note with wine, chocolates and Ice cream. Very neat and tidy place with all the facilities and easy access to swimming pool downstairs. Places such as Dyrepark, Canon museum , Cathedral are Not far as well. We all had a great time there and kids really had a wonderful time . We definitely recommend the property and hopefully in coming summers if there are plans to visit southern Norway, will surely stay here. Thanks Anurag

Situated 4.7 km from University of Agder, 13 km from Kristiansand Zoo and Amusement Park and 47 km from The Ibsen House, Kongens Apartment St Joseph offers accommodation located in Kristiansand. Perfect apartment! Clean, comfortable, well equipped, excellent location. We especially liked that it had a washer/dryer machine. Parking was convenient with metered spaces right in front for loading and unloading (2 hr. max during enforcement hours of 8-5 weekdays and Saturday). There are 3 convenient garages within a few minutes walk. We used the garage at the Sandens mall one block over from the apartment for Saturday during the day due to the 2 hour max rule, but were able to park for free on the street Friday and Saturday nights, and all day Sunday. Laszio, the host was excellent. He responded quickly and thoroughly to messages and he met us at the apartment for check in. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property as an excellent choice when visiting Kristiansand.
