The location right at the water front and close to the waves of the lagoon's edge was simply magical. I could just spend hours sitting on the sand, taking in the ocean's beauty and sounds, and the amazing views of the surrouding mountains and coast - not mentioning the exceptionally cleary night skies. The property is made so that you directly live with the ocean, both from the room and the dining/living area, including a cute seashell and flower decoration in the rooms. Very calm except for the waves (lovely lulaby) and the ocean breeze makes it nicely refreshing (compared to elsewhere), and it is easy to be in your own private space outside. The location on the island is nicely clsoe (8 km) to the main town with shops, restaurants, gas stations, banks, harbor, aiport, etc. while still convenient to explore the south side of Huahine. The owner Flora is feisty and incredibly sweet and generous, ans she is a star when it comes to caring for her guests, doing what she can to help and make their stay special. Scooter or car rental across the street. Overall my 5-night stay there were very resourceful and I was pleasantly surprised.

The house was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The house had two large bedrooms with were plenty of hang space and shelving. The kitchen had modern appliance and a full-size fridge-freezer. The shower was huge and most importantly there was plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. There is undercover parking for your vehicle. The house is located very close to the supermarket, lots of eating places, including a selection of roulettes as well as the Huahine Yacht Club where locals and visitors often head to enjoy Happy Hour, have something to eat and watch the sunset. The property has a sliding gate and is fenced all around affording privacy. When we were there it was very warm so the a/c was very much appreciated.

Excellent location - 10 min walk along the beach to town and less than 5 mins to the beach. Very comfy bed and spacious apartment. Bernard was lovely and even lent us snorkeling gear as we hadn't brought any and there was no where to rent it. and helping us arrange transfer to airport etc. Huahaine is magnificent and we would go back again and stay here in a heartbeat.

We were lucky enough to be there at the same time as the owners, who were undertaking renovations, and they treated us like family. The unit was rustic, but perfectly comfortable - the one we were staying in will be the owners house now that renovations are completed, I believe, and the new units look much nicer. We spent some wonderful mornings and evenings sitting at the front shelter, beachcombing on the beach, and watching the waves break on the reef with coffee or beers. Sunsets here were fabulous. It's only a couple of km walk or a quick bike ride/drive into town for everything you need, the supermarket there is very well stocked, and there are good swimming beaches close by. Merci beaucoup, Frank and Juliette - we loved Huahine and had the best time :-)

It was very comfortable, friendly staff that included the transfer from the ferry terminal There and back + fresh baguettes every day. This is the number 1 place to stay in Huahine. I will be back!

Coquette was so helpful, picking us up from the ferry and helping us with anything we needed. The cottage is really cute, AC and TV’s large and worked well. Bed comfortable. Kitchen great. BBQ outside. 10 mins walk to town, 200 yards to beach. Highly recommended.
