The bungalow is up to date, spotless, well-screened with windows on three sides, with good, quiet A/C, a comfortable bed and lounger, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely lanai with dining table and chairs overlooking the garden. Harold is an exemplary host! We really enjoyed talking with him and hanging out with him for a morning on his boat. He knows Moorea as well as anyone, and can take you to all the good places. Also, the dog Reef took great care of us too. Just awesome. Harold set us up with bikes for our visit, which we used to get to the ATM and public beach a bit less than a mile away. The little store just a quick walk up the small road is a gem, where you can get pretty much everything you might need. Restaurants on Moorea are expensive so we appreciated being able to prepare meals chez nous.

Situated in Moorea, less than 1 km from Papetoai Beach and 20 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, La Maison Orange offers a garden and air conditioning. This is the best place to stay in Moorea ! The entire house is very clean, quiet. People are respectful. I felt really like home. You have everything you need to cook, do your laundry. Less than 20min walk to the Tipaniers Beach, 10min walk to a convenient store.

Featuring pool with a view and views of mountain, Fare Haurevaiti Moorea is a recently renovated homestay located in Paopao, 9 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course. Sarah was a lovely and very helpful host. We had a great time swimming in the pool, enjoying the views and eating the amazing breakfasts (with homemade jam!) on the balcony - it was a wonderful introduction to island life!

Offering a garden and garden view, Haere Mai I Te Fare is set in Teavaro, 1.9 km from Temae Beach and 4.6 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course. Beautiful house in the middle of the jungle and lovely family. Philippe and Lucie are really welcoming, they take care of their guests , we felt part of their family. We have been lucky because we happened upon to a family dinner with their daughter and her friends. We really appreciate it and Lucie’s food was delicious , she is a great cook. We did the hiking on the back of the house, theirs lovely dogs Noki and Rex showed us the way, the best guides we could had. The room was really big, we had our own private terrace and bathroom. We didn’t have a car, but if you want to explore the island you definitely need your own transportation, Philippe and Lucie can help you with that too.

I don’t usually give 10 but this place really deserves a 10. We had such an amazing and unforgettable stay at Fare Tokoau. Tea and Alex are such great hosts. The bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and comfy. The tropical garden surrounding the bungalows is beautiful and so it is the beach view. Alex also runs the best Moorea lagoon tours so make sure you sign up for that! Their animals are lovely they have a few dogs and cats. Absolutely stunning.

There are four separate bungalows on site. We had three couples staying for several days so it was nice to each have our own space, but to spend time together on an ocean front porch.

Located in Haapiti, 28 km from Moorea Green Pearl Golf Course, Linareva Moorea Beach Resort has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. We had the most fantastic stay here. Everything was perfect - the cozy and comfortable hut, the beautiful grounds, the wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for you, the kayaks, the great snorkelling off the pier and the sunrises and sunsets drinking beer with other guests in the fare, or on the dock. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this little family owned resort to anyone.
