Owner Aldy is so accommodating who served my bestest breakfast by the beach. I wish her all the best and hopefully visit her resort soon.

When we booked this accommodation it seemed almost to good to be true. But the villa surpassed our expectations. Beautifully located on the southern part of Carabao Island overlooking the see and with a view on Boracay. There was plenty of space and everything was very clean and in good working order. The pool was nice especially for sunsets. The spacious terrace was the best place to be, with always a refreshing breeze. Our host Rose is a gem. She picked us up from San Jose and did eveything to make our stay unforgetable.

Haus am Strand auf Sibuyan Island nahe Cresta de Gallo - Marevic's Guesthouse 1 ohne Klimaanlage is situated in Azagra. The place is run by the very nice and helpful Filipino/German couple Marevic (Marie) and Uwe. They will help you in organising everything from a day trip to Cresta De Gallo (for 3500 pesos as of March 2024) to the transfer back to Magdiwang if you have to catch a ferry to leave this spectacular yet relaxed island. Two well equipped and modern bungalows in a beautiful garden make you instantly feel home away from home. Marevic handles everything food related and Uwe is the facility manager. Even if there is a brownout on the island: no worries, solar powered batteries will take care of the situation. So you will never be long without light - or Wi-Fi… 😉 Don’t forget to try the homemade icecream. My favourite was Ube (some slightly salty sort of beetroot in a deep purple colour). The continental breakfast is delicious and after weeks of instant coffee I especially enjoyed the filter coffee. The bread with jam was also very nice. My favourite for dinner was the tasty burger. The meals can either be enjoyed on your own patio or in a bamboo shack right in front of the beach with Cresta De Gallo in the distance.

Lili is an absolute sweetheart, very hard worker and an amazing Chef! The rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable and lots of care to the details. The perfect location with the most amazing view. Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Amal Villa - Luxury 2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment with Panoramic Ocean Views, Peaceful, Private Beach is located in San Jose. This was a sensational 3 days and nights. The host, Rose, was most accommodating and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to 'get away from it all'.. like the brochure says, 'spend time with the locals' and relax.

With garden views, Coco Cabana Romblon is situated in Romblon and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor pool. We stayed for three nights and loved every second of it. Ate Meryl and all the staff were accommodating and friendly, and they were kind enough to go the extra mile by suggesting options on where to go next based on their personal knowledge of the place. Ms. Melissa and Sir Eric were generous and kind, which speaks volumes about why we were drawn to this place at first glance. This might not be the last review I'd write about this place since we'd love to stay here again when we come back.
