Beautiful location, great room, brilliant staff. But that doesn’t do it justice. To feel at home to just help yourself to a glass of wine in the afternoon, the attention of the staff, John cooking you the perfect breakfast (but eggs Benedict 😄)… it’s the total lack of pretence which makes it great. I stay in way to many hotels per year for work but this is the only one which stood out in the last year. Just Awesome

Just 450 metres to the beach, this bed and breakfast is located in Shelter Island Heights. A free breakfast is served each morning. This Inn is absolutely beautiful. Well-appointed, interesting artwork displayed in all the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was plentiful. Beth is an amazing host. Always smiling, energetic and helpful. We didn’t want to leave!

The modern interiors are sleek and stylish, with high-end finishes and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the two bedrooms are cozy and inviting, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Montauk. The real highlight, though, is the gorgeous lake view . Walking up to the serene water every morning was absolutely magical. The location is also fantastic, close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling private and tranquil. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this villa is the perfect choice. We can't wait to come back!
